03 - Does it work?
Honest answer: it helps Google understand you. It won't rank you.
Schema removes doubt. It tells Google and AI tools exactly what type of business you are, where you are, and when you're open, so they don't have to guess from your homepage. That's useful, and most small business sites don't have it.
It's one signal, not a strategy. What gets you found is clear pages, a complete Google Business Profile, and mentions on other sites. Schema just makes sure none of that gets misread.

What is schema?
Structured data. A block of code in a standard format (JSON-LD) that describes your business so machines can read it without interpreting your page. Google uses it for rich results and Maps; AI tools use it to confirm who you are.
Which business type should I pick?
The most specific one that's true. A dentist picks Dentist, not LocalBusiness. If none fit, LocalBusiness is always correct.
Do I need to be a developer?
No. It's copy and paste. Most website platforms have a box for custom code in their settings.
Is my information stored?
No. The generator runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type leaves your computer.
