03 - Does it work?
Honest answer: it helps AI quote you. It won't make bad answers good.
FAQ schema tells Google and AI tools exactly which question each answer belongs to. That's how your answer ends up in an AI response or a People Also Ask box.
It only works if the answers are worth quoting. Short, direct, specific to your business. If the answer could be on any competitor's site, it won't get picked.

Does FAQ schema still show rich results in Google?
Only for some sites now. Google cut FAQ rich results back in 2023. The bigger reason to add it is AI: it gives ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI answers a clean question-and-answer pair to pull from.

Three to eight real ones. Not twenty you made up.
Is my information stored?
