Short answer: small and mid-sized businesses who don't want to hire an agency to get it done, and don't have time to do it themselves.
You've read the plan and thought, "I'm never going to get to this." That's fine. That's what this is for.
If you do have someone who can do the work, Audit + Strategy is cheaper and you should take it.

How is this different from an SEO package?
Packages are the same for everyone. This is scoped to your audit.
What about cheap SEO packages for small business?
If a $300 a month package would work for you, I'll tell you and point you at one. Usually it won't.
Can I start with the audit and add this later?
Yes. Most people do.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Month to month. If it isn't working, you'll know from the report, and you can stop.
