A chat, then it's done.
We start with a chat about what you're doing by hand every week. I map out the two or three things worth automating, and tell you what isn't worth it.
Then I set it up, test it and hand it over. No new system to learn, and no monthly software you don't need.

Questions about automations.
Do I need new software?
Usually not. Most automations run inside the tools you already use. If something extra is needed, I'll tell you the cost before we start.
What happens when something changes?
Small tweaks are part of the setup. If your process changes later, a check-in or a small one-off job covers it.
Can you automate my whole business?
No, and you wouldn't want that. The aim is to remove the repetitive admin, not the parts that need a person.
